Bruce Carley, General Superintendent / Project Manager

Bruce Carley joined National Concrete Preservation (NCP) in 2009 as a General Superintendant (GS) and Project Manager (PM). He directly supervises and coordinates multiple jobs north of Broward County Florida. Mr. Carley holds numerous current certifications including:
- Post-Tensioning
- OSHA 10 and 30 certified
- Lead based paint removal/ OSHA
- Certified Fire Watch and Asbestos Removal
- Certified Residential Home Inspector
Mr. Carley holds a Construction Business Management Certification from the School of Architecture at Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, he is a member of World of Concrete (WOC) and International Concrete
Repair Institute (ICRI). He is certified in Sika and STO product application. Mr. Carley began his career in construction at an early age doing modest pavement jobs around his neighborhood. He ultimately grew his
passion for the construction industry and eventually found himself working as a supervisor for the Post 9/11 Clean-up project in New York City. He served as an estimator for the Shoreham Nuclear Plant Decommissioning and has been a project manager for many high-profile job sites on a national level including:
- The United States Merchant Marine Academy
- JFK International Airport
- Repairs on the concrete bridge at West Palm Beach International Airport
- The Island Club at Jensen Beach

Learn About Our Safety 360 Policy
National Concrete educates all its employees in safety,
quality workmanship and the latest techniques in the
construction industry in accordance with our member
organizations. We use only OSHA approved and
maintained equipment. All of our foreman and supervisors
have completed a 30-hour OSHA safety certification
program and all laborers have completed a 10-hour OSHA
safety certification program.
