Eduardo Valdes, Qualifier / General Contractor

Eduardo Valdes is the Qualifier for National Concrete Preservation (NCP). In 2001, Mr. Valdes was instrumental in establishing and incorporating NCP. He is a certified General Contractor in the State of Florida. As the Qualifier for National Concrete Preservation, he has supervised the successful execution and completion of all NCP construction projects. Mr. Valdes holds a Level 2- Superstructure Ironworker Certification from the Post-Tensioning Institute. He is an expert Qualifier in the following fields of construction:

Learn About Our Safety 360 Policy
National Concrete educates all its employees in safety,
quality workmanship and the latest techniques in the
construction industry in accordance with our member
organizations. We use only OSHA approved and
maintained equipment. All of our foreman and supervisors
have completed a 30-hour OSHA safety certification
program and all laborers have completed a 10-hour OSHA
safety certification program.
