Juan Duarte, Chief Financial Officer

Juan Duarte is Chief Financial Officer for National Concrete Preservation (NCP). He holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers College and a Master's in Business Administration from Fordham University.
In 1990 Mr. Duarte began his professional career in New York City as a Junior Analyst and Corporate Banker with JP Morgan Chase. He spent the next 11 years with the company working in several different areas of banking; from petroleum and mining to international, middle market, and large corporate lending in New York City and Chicago.
Mr. Duarte relocated from New York City to Miami in 2001 where he began working for Citibank as a Credit Manager with the Commercial Lending Division. In 2005 he joined SunTrust Bank as a Commercial Banker with emphasis on condominium association lending.
Throughout his career Mr. Duarte has honed his commercial banking expertise leading him to his current role as CFO with National Concrete Preservation. He joined NCP in 2009 and implemented an aggressive corporate and financial restructuring program, ensuring greater efficiency and improved financial performance throughout the firm.
He notes that National Concrete Preservation prides itself on having an experienced workforce with high quality standards, above average customer service and satisfaction, and a culture that embraces diversity.

Learn About Our Safety 360 Policy
National Concrete educates all its employees in safety,
quality workmanship and the latest techniques in the
construction industry in accordance with our member
organizations. We use only OSHA approved and
maintained equipment. All of our foreman and supervisors
have completed a 30-hour OSHA safety certification
program and all laborers have completed a 10-hour OSHA
safety certification program.
