Richard Kurzman, Sales Representative

Richard Kurzman joined National Concrete Preservation (NCP) in 2007 as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. He is responsible for procuring new business, facilitates trainings, maintains and supports customer relations, and researches and suggests programs of educational value to those in the market place. Mr. Kurzman's responsibilities as VP of Sales include:
- Educating bank administrators and executives about services provided by NCP
- Supervises all sales representatives
- Collaborates with commercial and residential property management companies
- Works with engineers and architects on all NCP projects
- Works directly with various condominium board of directors and their residents
- Interacts on a daily basis with insurance executives and attorneys
Mr. Kurzman has a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York as well as a Master's Degree in Education from State University New York,
Cortland. He began his career as a real-estate developer, developing properties that included shopping malls, office buildings, and custom made single-family homes.

Learn About Our Safety 360 Policy
National Concrete educates all its employees in safety,
quality workmanship and the latest techniques in the
construction industry in accordance with our member
organizations. We use only OSHA approved and
maintained equipment. All of our foreman and supervisors
have completed a 30-hour OSHA safety certification
program and all laborers have completed a 10-hour OSHA
safety certification program.
