Roof Maintenance: Did You Know?
If you do not perform regular maintenance on your structure's roof, your warranty may become invalid. National Concrete
Preservation can provide a maintenance program to help keep your roof warranty valid and realize the full potential of your roof's "Life Cycle".
We recommend this program to all condominium associations and provide the following services:
- Perform bi-annual roof inspections
- Clean roof of all debris
- Clean drains and scuppers
- Seal and top off pitch pans
- Check base and curb flashings
- Address all coping
- Identify damages to roof membrane
- Address/caulk all joints in flashings
- Identify roof damages from other trades
- Create a maintenance diary with photos
