One of the most important things to remember when planning for repairs to a parking structure is that most often, the garage must remain in service throughout the restoration project. We normally repair parking structures in six to
eight phases to allow for use while work is being done. Each new area that is worked on has to be "captured" so as to allow cars to leave while preventing new cars from coming
into that area. The services we generally perform on parking structures are concrete repairs, expansion joint replacement,
traffic bearing coatings, vertical architectural coatings, installing additional drains, making electrical improvements,
implementing new traffic flow layouts, installing new signage, adding aluminum coping & railing repairs, and gate installations.

Below is our most recent Help Center posting regarding 40-year recertifications in the State of Florida.
Florida 40-Year Building Recertifications
Did you know that according to the Florida Building Code a building must undergo a "Required Building Safety Inspection"
when it turns 40 years old?
Even if you did a complete interior demolition and renovation of your building, you are still not exempt from the 40 year
Building Safety Program. Only if your entire building had been demolished would the inspection be waived. The city does
not send out an inspector to your property.
